CANCELLATION POLICY
NO Show or Cancellation within 45 days of Stay – NO refund due.
Cancellation between 45 and 60 days before Stay – Money will be transferred to a next available date.
Cancellation between 60 and 90 days before stay – 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation between 90 and 120 days before stay – 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation more than 120 days before Stay – Full Refund.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment of 50% deposit is required as set out in the quotation. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed based on the quotation, it will only be confirmed once the deposit payment is received.
Failure to pay your deposit within 24 hours will result in your reservation being cancelled, as the system clears any unpaid quotations automatically after 24 hours.
Full outstanding payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
RULES
NO OPEN OR UNATTENDED FIRES ALLOWED, ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
SMOKING ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS. People not adhering to smoking and fire rules will be held personally liable for any damages or costs incurred due to their negligence .

NO Game viewing in own vehicles. ( Ask permission first.)
